SuperStarCraft - prepare your own original game files (Windows 10/11, x64)

1. Finish installing StarCraft in Battle.net.
2. Extract this entire ZIP to a writable folder, such as Downloads.
3. Double-click prepare-assets.cmd. It detects StarCraft and creates assets.bin
   beside the scripts. Return to the game website and choose that assets.bin.

No repository, compiler, package installation, administrator access or network
connection is needed to run the preparer. import-casc.exe is the prebuilt reader;
keep it and find-install.ps1 beside the launchers. Original files stay unchanged.
Nothing is uploaded. The prepared file is about 300 MiB, including graphics and
sounds, rather than the full multi-gigabyte installation. The website can remember
it in this browser, so preparation is normally only needed once.

You can also place these files directly inside your StarCraft folder and run
them there, provided that folder is writable. That folder takes precedence over
registry detection. Do not run as administrator just to write the output there;
extract to Downloads instead, or use -OutputDirectory with a writable directory.

PowerShell:
  powershell.exe -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\prepare-assets.ps1
  powershell.exe -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\prepare-assets.ps1 -Install 'D:\Games\StarCraft'

Git Bash on Windows (the .sh forwards to the same PowerShell implementation):
  bash ./prepare-assets.sh
  bash ./prepare-assets.sh -Install 'D:\Games\StarCraft'

Optional: -OutputDirectory 'D:\Prepared game files'
On failure an existing assets.bin is preserved. If the site reports a different
game-data version after an update, prepare and choose the file again.
This package does not include Linux/macOS binaries or legacy MPQ support.
